These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all gift vouchers issued by Keep Healing.

1. Voucher Types

Gift vouchers are available as E‑Vouchers (digital) or Hardcopy Vouchers (printed).

The choice of voucher format must be confirmed at the time of purchase.

2. Voucher Fee

A non‑refundable administration fee of R25 is charged per voucher, in addition to the voucher value.

3. Voucher Value & Treatment Selection

Clients may choose:

- A specific treatment or combination of treatments, or

- A monetary value to be loaded onto the voucher.

Monetary value vouchers may be redeemed for any available treatments at Keep Healing, subject to availability and current pricing.

4. Payment Terms

Vouchers will only be issued or prepared once full payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods include cash, EFT, or card payment.

Proof of payment may be required for EFT transactions before the voucher is released.

5. Validity Period

All gift vouchers are valid for 2 (two) months from the date of issue.

The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher.

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

6. Redemption

Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption (either digitally or as a hardcopy).

Redemption is subject to appointment availability and prior booking is required.

If the value of the voucher does not cover the full cost of the selected treatment(s), the difference must be paid by the client.
